What is Strength Water?
Strength Water is a powdered drink mix with five active ingredients: 15g protein isolate, 5g creatine monohydrate, 5g bovine collagen, 100mg calcium (from calcium citrate), and 50mcg (2000IU) Vitamin D3. Why is everything a subscription? Can I just try one bag first?
Everything is a subscription because consistency is how these ingredients work. Creatine takes 2–4 weeks to show effects. Collagen compounds over time. What does it taste like?
Light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Think a delicious water with a hint of fruit — not a chalky, thick protein shake. Our Strawberry Lemonade is designed to taste good enough to actually drink every single day. Best served cold over ice.
How do I use it?
One scoop into a water bottle, once a day. Add at least 20oz of water. Shake (don't stir — it clumps). Give it a minute. A little foam is normal. Ice encouraged, but you do you.
Does it dissolve easily? Does it clump?
It dissolves well with a vigorous shake. You may notice some small clumps initially — these will dissolve within a minute of shaking. No blender needed. The foam that forms is natural and settles quickly.
Is there anything I should know before I start?
If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medications, consult your healthcare provider before use. Strength Water is formulated for healthy adults 18 and over. It is not a meal replacement.

What are the ingredients in Strength Water?
Strength Water is a powdered drink mix with five active ingredients: 15g protein isolate, 5g creatine monohydrate, 5g bovine collagen, 100mg calcium (from calcium citrate), and 50mcg (2000IU) Vitamin D3. Other ingredients include organic cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavors, malic acid, antifoam (canola oil, silicon dioxide), stevia leaf extract, and beet juice powder (color). Strength Water does contain milk.
Why creatine? I thought that was for bodybuilders.
Creatine has been studied for decades. Beyond muscle strength and power, it supports bone density, cognitive function, and cellular energy. Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men and get less from diet. The research on creatine for midlife adults is strong. We included it because it works.
Why collagen? Does it actually work?
Natural collagen production declines approximately 1% per year starting in your mid-30s. Bovine collagen peptides have solid clinical evidence for joint integrity, skin elasticity, and connective tissue support. Consistent daily use over 4–8 weeks is where the research shows benefit.
What kind of protein is it and why clear whey?
We use clear whey isolate — the same high-quality protein profile as regular whey, with all essential amino acids including leucine, but it absorbs faster, contains minimal lactose and fat, and mixes without the thick shake texture. Consistency is what makes it work, and consistency requires something you actually want to drink.
Why calcium citrate specifically?
Calcium citrate is more bioavailable than calcium carbonate — it's absorbed effectively even without food and even when stomach acid is lower. We chose the form that actually gets to your bones.
Why Vitamin D3 and not D2?
D3 raises and maintains blood vitamin D levels more effectively than D2, and it significantly boosts calcium absorption. D3 is the more bioavailable and better-studied form, so we used D3.
Is there any sugar? What are the macros?
Yes. We use a small amount of organic cane sugar for one simple reason: taste. Strength Water is meant to be something you actually enjoy drinking every day — not something you have to force down. Per scoop (28.4g): 80 calories, 15g protein, 3g total carbohydrates, 2g total sugar (2g added sugar), 0g fat.
Is it gluten-free?
Strength Water is made with gluten-free ingredients in a GMP-certified facility, but it is not certified gluten-free.
Is it dairy-free or vegan?
No. Clear whey protein is dairy-derived, and bovine collagen is animal-derived. Strength Water is not suitable for vegans or those avoiding dairy.
Does it contain artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors?
No. We don't use artificial sweeteners or synthetic colors. Instead, we use a small amount of organic cane sugar and stevia leaf extract because great taste matters if you're going to make Strength Water part of your daily routine. The color comes from beet juice powder, and the fruit flavor comes from natural flavors.
Is it third-party tested?
Yes. Our product is third-party tested and we use a positive release protocol. Positive Release Protocols mean that the product is held under strict protocol and isn't released for sale until all safety, sanitation, and quality checks are completed, reviewed, and approved.
Can I take it with other medications or supplements?
If you take prescription medications or have a health condition, bring the full ingredient list to your healthcare provider before starting.
Is it safe during perimenopause or menopause?
Strength Water was formulated with the hormonal and musculoskeletal changes of midlife specifically in mind. If you're on HRT or other medications, check with your doctor before starting.
How long until I notice a difference?
Creatine typically shows effects within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Collagen benefits build over 4–8 weeks. Protein supports muscle repair from day one. Vitamin D and calcium are long-game nutrients — bone density compounds over years. Consistency matters more than timing.
Subscription & Billing
What subscription options are available?
Two options. One bag shipped monthly, or three bags shipped every three months. Both include free shipping. You can adjust your shipping timing, reschedule, skip, or cancel anytime from your account portal. No fees, no forms.
Which subscription is better value?
The 3-bag plan is $25 less than three months of the monthly plan. That difference comes directly from shipping — one shipment costs less than three, and we'd rather pass that back to you. Same product, less friction, better value.
When will I be charged?
Your billing date is set from the date of your first order and repeats on that schedule going forward. You'll receive an email reminder before each charge. To skip, delay, or update your next shipment, log into your account portal anytime.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your account portal. From there you can switch between the 1-bag and 3-bag plans, adjust quantity, change frequency, skip a shipment, pause, or cancel. Changes take effect on your next billing date. You can also email hello@weareplainspeak.com.
Can I pause or skip a shipment?
Yes. Log into your account portal or email hello@weareplainspeak.com at least 3 business days before your next billing or ship date. No penalties, no minimum pause period.
How do I cancel?
Log into your account portal and select Cancel Subscription. Or email hello@weareplainspeak.com. Or reply CANCEL to any of our SMS messages. No forms, no retention calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that. If something goes wrong, email us immediately.
Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?
Yes. Log back into your account portal and reactivate from your Subscriptions page. Your previous preferences will be saved. If you run into trouble, email hello@weareplainspeak.com.
How do I update my payment method?
Log into your account portal, go to Payment Method, and click the pencil icon to edit. We recommend updating at least 24 hours before your billing date. If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email. Your shipment will hold until it resolves.
Do you offer discounts, referrals, or a loyalty program?
We don't do discounts or flash sales. That's intentional. At Plainspeak, we'd rather offer fair, everyday pricing than keep you guessing about when the next promotion is coming.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard ground delivery takes 2–5 business days from there. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Sachet sample orders don't include tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on all orders. No minimum, no code required.
Where do you ship?
Across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska for now. We don't ship internationally.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. We use USPS, which delivers to PO Boxes.
I haven't received my shipping confirmation or tracking link — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email hello@weareplainspeak.com with your order number and we'll look into it within 2 business days. Note that sachet sample orders don't include tracking.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Email hello@weareplainspeak.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email hello@weareplainspeak.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is with the carrier, redirection may not be possible.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email hello@weareplainspeak.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 2 business days.

What's your refund policy?
Your first subscription order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email hello@weareplainspeak.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund one bag and cancel your subscription if that's what you want. After your first order, refunds apply to damaged or incorrect items only.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@weareplainspeak.com with your order number. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, include a photo. We respond within 2 business days. You don't need to return the product — keep it, donate it, or pass it on.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–4 business days.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. We use USPS, which delivers to PO Boxes.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email hello@weareplainspeak.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 2 business days.
I had a reaction — what do I do?
Stop using the product immediately and consult your doctor. Then email us at hello@weareplainspeak.com. We take all concerns seriously.
Can I cancel and get a refund at the same time?

I was charged after I cancelled — what do I do?
