How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When a friend makes their first Strength Water purchase using your link, you’ll earn a free 18 serving bag. We have to limit to one free bag per person (bah humbug), but we hope you keep sending those samples anyway!
How do I get my free sample link to share with friends?
Long into your account, and your unique link will be available for you to copy at any time.
How do I send free samples to friends?
Enter your email address and share your unique sample link with friends. They can use the link to redeem their free sample and once they subscribe, you will receive a free 18 serving bag on us.
Is there a limit to how many samples I can send?
No limit at all! Refer as many people as you like. (But at the moment, we have to limit the free bag reward to one per customer).
How does my friend receive the free sample?
When your friend clicks on your sample link, a free sample will be automatically added to their cart.
Can I send a sample to someone who is already a customer?
No. Referral rewards are for new customers who haven't placed an order with us before.
How will I know when my friend has subscribed after receiving my sample?
A discount will be automatically added into your account. You can apply that to your next order in your subscription management portal.
What if my sample link is not working?

Why wasn't my referral rewarded?
A few things can make a referral ineligible: the friend had already placed an order with us before, the order didn't meet the program rules (like a minimum spend or excluded products), or it was flagged by our automatic fraud checks. If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact support and we'll take a look.
